Even though I have a huge shed crammed to the rafters with STUFF that I should be selling or giving to the thefts excuse me THRIFTS or even just handing it over to someone else who loves what I love, nope-a doodle, not me. To celebrate my 100th post which was yesterday, I'm going to award one lucky Follower of VintageChristine ONE HUNDRED BUCKS IN eBAY GIFT CERTIFICATES!!! OMG, Miz 1950's Ranch has just fallen over in a dead faint due to the fact that her post today was about how much money she just blew on eBay (albeit on great deals).
I've been saving up change like forever and decided that now was a good time to take it to the bank and do something worthwhile with it. And what could be more worthwhile than giving someone a chance to buy the item of their dreams on eBay?? Or at least make a down payment on it if you've been dreaming about a '57 Chevy or a Barbie #1 (both of which cost about the same, I think).
So, all you have to do is leave me a comment telling me what you think you might want to buy on eBay with your shiny new $100 gift card (don't get your heart set on something in an auction that's going to end soon because the giveaway doesn't end until next week). If you're a VintageChristine Follower then you get entered twice. If you mention the giveaway on your blog, well, thanks a whole bunch. With today's addition of a really cute graphic artist from Spain I reached 125 Followers which of course makes me feel all loved and shit.
And because I'm feelin' the love (and because Cowboy Bill hasn't shot me yet) I'm going to give one other lucky VintageChristine Follower a $50 eBay gift card! NOW who just fell over???
Just remember that if you win one of the gift cards you have to be registered in PayPal--I didn't know that until after I'd already ordered them and read the fine print, but really, PayPal is the safest way to go these days. I was able to design the cards myself so once you use them you can frame them and gaze at them lovingly each and every day, thinking of me and how wonderful (and humble) I am.
Yeah, that just made me throw up just a little, too.
Your opportunity to enter will last until next Tuesday, July 20. Good luck!
You know I love you.
ReplyDeleteYou know I care.
You know I desperately need that gift cert to buy crap. There is an art glass bottle that I'm waiting to be relisted - it didn't sell the last time because she wanted too damn much for it, but THAT's what I'd buy.
Although I am saddened that you have WAY more followers than I, I do think you are wonderful, sexy and delicious (oh wait, this isn't the Penthouse Forum...) Anyway, pick me biatch.
Hugs and Kisses,
Barbara
PS: Posting on my blog AND I'm a loyal follower.
